Digital Products

All digital product purchases (including journals, downloads, and The Burnout-to-Structure Reset) are non-refundable due to the immediate access provided upon purchase.

ENOM Pathways Sessions

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Missed appointments or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

Refunds are not issued for completed sessions.

Consulting & Organizational Services

Refund terms for organizational engagements (including ENOM Reset: The Friction Fix™ and ENOM Alignment Architecture™) will be outlined in individual service agreements.
