Founder and CEO, ENOM-HC™

Shantrice Mone’ Winston is a healthcare executive, educator, and systems strategist with more than 20 years of experience leading in high-responsibility environments.

Throughout her career, she has supported thousands of healthcare professionals, developed leaders, improved operational systems, and helped organizations build more sustainable ways of working. Her leadership experience includes enterprise workforce development, clinical education, performance improvement, and large-scale program design.

But ENOM-HC™ was built from something deeper than professional experience.

Over the years, Shantrice saw a recurring pattern: capable, dependable people were carrying significant responsibility while quietly becoming exhausted, overwhelmed, and disconnected from themselves.

They were leading teams, caring for families, supporting communities, and making decisions that affected others. Yet many lacked the structure, space, and tools needed to protect their own clarity and wellbeing.

Shantrice understood that leadership is not limited to a title.

It is influence. It is responsibility. It is the ability to make intentional decisions while carrying what matters.

That belief became the foundation of ENOM-HC™.

Through ENOM Pathways: Career, Leadership, and Life, Shantrice helps professionals, caregivers, parents, and emerging leaders move from burnout and fragmentation toward clarity, structure, and sustainable growth. Her approach combines emotional intelligence, practical reflection, and systems thinking to help people build lives that are not only productive, but livable.

Her work is grounded in a simple principle:

People should not have to reach burnout before they are given permission to restructure their lives.

Today, Shantrice is building ENOM-HC™ as a human-centered development ecosystem for people who are ready to move beyond survival mode and create a more intentional way forward.

From Burnout to Blueprint.
